Part of CP's 100-million-bird integrated broiler operation. In a tunnel-ventilated house the airflow is designed against the frame — when the geometry drifts, the ventilation drifts with it, and the birds pay for it before anyone reads it on a gauge. CP runs the same house type across Asia, the Philippines included. This is the steel we fabricated for theirs.

We have manufactured for Baosteel Construction and Jinggong Steel — two of China's tier-1 steel structure contractors — continuously for more than eight years. Their inspectors are on our floor. Their standard is our baseline.

Our steel went into plants built for BYD, BMW, and CATL — through tier-1 main contractors.

The same team also serves China State Construction and China Railway engineering bureaus. AAA corporate credit rating.

Design and detailing in-house: PKPM, AutoCAD and SAP2000. Concept drawings in 3–5 days, led by a Grade-1 registered structural engineer.

From steel plate to loaded truck

The full route has twelve stations — these are the six your inspector will care about. Photographed on our own floor, not stock images.

STEP 01 · CUT

CNC cutting

Han's Laser and FIN CNC lines cut plate up to 60 mm.

STEP 02 · FIT & WELD

Assembly & welding

Members are tacked square, then main welds run on gantry SAW lines for consistent penetration.

Ultrasonic weld testing and dimensional inspection

STEP 03 · INSPECT

Weld & dimensional checks

Critical welds are UT-tested by our in-house QC team before anything is coated — paint over an unchecked weld hides the one thing worth checking. Lengths, camber, and hole positions verified against drawings.

Shot blasting and spray coating of steel structure

STEP 04 · BLAST & COAT

Surface & coating

Shot blasting to Sa2.5, airless spray to your paint system. Every member is checked for dry film thickness before it leaves. Hot-dip galvanizing available.

Steel members marked with erection part numbers

STEP 05 · MARK & PACK

Numbering & packing

Each piece carries its own erection part number, bundled on steel skids and strapped for sea freight.

STEP 06 · LOAD

Container loading

Loaded at our own yard, trucked 350 km to Dalian Port.

You don't need finished drawings to start. Dimensions and what the building is for are enough for our engineers to tell you what is realistic — and roughly what it will weigh.

Drawings your engineer can seal

Calculations and fabrication drawings issued in English, sized to the wind and seismic inputs for your site — ready for your licensed engineer to review and seal.

A price that holds

Quotation valid 7 days. Once the deposit is received, the price is locked for 3 months. Steel moves. Your budget doesn't have to.

Checked before it sails

Third-party inspection welcome before the goods leave the factory — your inspector, your checklist, our floor. Nothing ships that your side hasn't seen.
